Metadata cannot be stored within a wav file. The data for each wav is saved in a separate "sister" file which can vary depending on the software the end user is using. Your best bet is to use MP3’s which can be easily tagged and edited.

Joshua Love The above information is for the masses, but those looking for audio quality, The .wav file if far superior to the mp3. You can listen to these files in applications like foobar2000, where you have a full control of the interface. Cheers!

cirno01 Why not use FLAC? It's losless, smaller than WAV and can store metadata.
