Q. Why are there more downloads then codes redeemed. Shouldn't these numbers be the same?
A. They may not always be the same. If there is more than one item for download, we'll let you know exactly how many of each were downloaded. If you choose to compress your files into a 1 click download, it does not count as 1 download. If your album has 10 songs it counts as 10 downloads.
If someone comes back to download new media, their download will be recorded but their code will not be counted a second time.
Q. What does the redemption time stamp reflect exactly?
A. It shows the last time a user entered their code to redeem content from your card.
